MAIN MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
- This carton making machine designed with US Emerson Lead edge feeding system, servo phase, full vacuum adsorption transmission and multi-row axis dislocation adsorption transmission, making cardboard delivery stable and efficient. We use a vacuum adsorption box, whose inside structure has wheels. These wheels are used for tightly absorbing cardboard and sending it out. Each wheel insert empty as we take a group photo, which is called dislocation and multi row.
- The Corrugated Board Converting Machine uses reinforced frame location device and the gears are directly connected to the wall board rigidly, so the machine is running stably and less noisily.
- Imported Taiwan gears and bearings make the Corrugated Board Converting Machine running high-speed stably and printing more accurately.
- The two rubber rollers' surface is double-glued, and the low pressure transmission avoids the impact of pneumatic pressure, so in the transmission process, the cardboard is not crushed.
- When there are faults happen, the machine can alarm workers accurately, so it can keep long time and continuous safe production.

- The Central dust removal system adopts double dust vacuum transfer suction system.

- The sheet feeder adopts four shaft lead edge feeding system to feed the carton, which makes the corrugated box making machine run high-speed steadily.
- Servo control gear box feeding system ensures the sheet feeding accuracy.
- The master drive adopts synchronous belt drive to make the paper feeding system run more steadily.
- The high efficient dust collector could get rid of the dust and scraps of paper on the cardboard surface (it's matched with various machine models).
- The drying system can use different color groups to dry the printed pattern with the method of infrared single-group drying.
- The vacuum transmission box uses the method of segmented feeding. Meanwhile, the bottom printing shafts and the suction wheels are transmitted by ceramic wheels. The bottom printing shaft is the same structure as the suction wheel, but this wheel is an axis. Segmented feeding: a bellows is divided into five columns. If it is small cardboard, probably three columns of air door are opened, the top side of the 2 doors will be closed, so that the wind will be concentrated. If it is large cardboard, all air doors will be opened.

- The corrugated box making machine can automatically washing ink with fast speed in a cycle(3 minutes) and it has ink lacking alarming device with the technology of ink lacking alarming.Quick washing ink is convenient for cleaning the ink on the rollers after you using the machine.

- The drying unit adopts infrared drying system, which is divided to before-polishing unit and after-polishing unit to achieve fast drying.

- The structure of the UV coating unit is the same as the structure of the flexo printing unit. You can choose water-based varnish or UV oil to polish.
- The die cutter adopts independent servo drive (US Emerson), so the die cutting is high-precision. Besides it can avoid the printing ghost and ink generated by the shock in the printing process.
- The pad surface can keep smooth by using anvil cover repaired device attached with liner track.
- The speed compensation system keeps the speed of the rubber rollers always following the speed of the knife rollers, which makes the die cutting size more accurate.
- The creasing rollers are powered by electric and the gap between the creasing rollers can be adjusted by computer settings.(The gap between the rollers can be adjusted by computer)
- The central control panel is designed based on Windows System and is convenient to operate.
- The central control panel has the function of one-button adjusting machine and spliting reset to zero and the remembered orders can be imported to ERP production management system.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD$80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.
Warranty
Warranty: one year.
The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts (No intentional damage). However, the courier should be covered by the customer. Please note that belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
