Automatic Waste Paper Vibrating Stripping Machine for Flexo Carton Printer



MACHINE FEATURE
1. Board collecting section is controlled up and down by pneumatic cylinder to keep space to install or replace dies.
2. Cleaning section adopt independent drive which is frequency control.
3. Vibrating belt adopt round shape imported belt so that it will not damage the board.
4. Belt shaft adopt slot type design. Numbers of belt can be adjusted due to different size of board.
5. With high pressure blower and brush to clean the wastage from top side of board and achieve the best condition of cleaning.
6. Vibrating section bottom side equipped with waste conveyor belt for wastage discharge.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.

Warranty
Warranty: one year. The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts ( no intentional damage). However, the courrier should be covered  by the customer.   Please note that the belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
