Feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, die cutting unit are equipped with colorful PLC touch screen, with one-touch machining setting with zero function can be connected to ERP system.

MACHINE PARTS CHARACTERISTICS:
FEEDING UNIT
1. CONTROL OF MACHINE STATIONS:
1) Electrical control machine station clutch with alarm-bell indicates by continuous ringing in its movement.
2)The main motor adopts control of inverter, and it is set the startup protection function. (It cannot be started up until the station is locked tightly).
3)There are safety control switches in each machine station; to ensure the safe operation, press the safety button when the person is inside the machine which to avoid someone moving the machine from outside.
4) Air-Cylinder interlock device.
2. LEAD EDGE FEEDING SYSTEM:
1)Lead edge paper feeding system equipped with America Emerson, it adopts the four shaft rows feed system.
2)Wind turbine adopts transducer control, automated wind control.
3)The rear paper-holding frame adopts electric control for its front-back and height position.
4)The adjustment of left/right side baffles adopts electric control with digital display.
5)The clearance of the front plate is manual control with digital display.
6)A camera and a counter that automatically count the production quantities and they can set the quantity of cardboard required, when it reaches the preset amount of cardboards, set the machine will automatically stop feeding.
3. FIRST PULL ROLL
1)The cardboard feeding rubber rolls are made of solid steel covered by wear-resistant rubber. The outer diameter is 158mm. An auto cylinder buffer is adopted to absolutely prevent the cardboard's strength being damaged due to too small feeding clearance.
2)The clearance of cardboard feeding rolls is electric adjustment and can be displayed on the screen. The adjustment range is 0-11.5mm.
3)The outer diameter of the lower cardboard feeding roll is 160mm, and the feeding roll adopts gear structure on the surface, it can decrease the feeding pressure greatly thereby ensure the feeding accuracy, reduce the cardboard damage and it carries out dynamic balance correction.
4. SECOND PULL ROLL
1)Solid shaft with 3 pcs pull rolls and screw locking system.
2)The lower roll outer diameter 160mm that provide balance correction, and its surface polished and hard chrome plated.
3)The clearance of cardboard feeding rolls is electric adjustment and can be displayed on the screen. The adjustment range is 0-10.5mm.
5. RESET MACHINE:
1)Paper-feeding section, printing section and slotting section return zero position after the combination of machine.2)Machine resetting can reduce time of test printing, save resource and decrease waste.
6. DUST-REMOVAL DEVICE1)Dust-absorbing vacuum channel adopts subsection control; the air amount can be adjusted according to the size of printing paperboard.
2)The intake of dust-absorbing vacuum channel is equipped with brush, so that it can remove foreign particles and dust from the paperboard which enhances the printing quality.
PRINTING UNIT
1. PRINTING CYLINDER1)Its surface is plated with hard chromium after the steel plate is welded, its movement is carried through dynamic calibration.And dynamic balance correction, the value of + 0.05 mm;
2)Adopt a hanged-type printing plate fixed by a ratchet. There is equipped with a whole-plate - type groove applicable to 3x10mm plate-hanging bar.
3)When removing the printing plate, use the petal-switch type electric controller to control the positive/negative rotation.
2. PRINTING PRESSURE ROLL1)The surface of the roller is plated with hard chromium, and the value of dynamic balance is 0.05 mm;
2)The outer diameter of the roller is 168mm;
3)Printing pressure roller gap, manual two-way self-locking adjustment, calibration, adjustment range 0-11.5 mm

5. ANILOX ROLLER1)The circumference of the ceramic roll is 209.5mm,Two ceramic and two steel roller and it carried through dynamic balancing calibration+-0.05mm
2)The machine is equipped with time delay function. They can automatically elevate in sequence according to the operation of feeder system.
3)The clearance between the anilox rolls is electric adjustment and can be displayed on the dial. The adjustment range is 0-6mm.
6. REGISTRATION ADJUSTMENT1)Adopt brake motor electric control for the register adjustment and the adjustment is displayed on a digital display meter.
2)Use electromagnetic brake to fix phase. When the machine units are separating or adjusting the phase, the brake can limit the running of the machine units so as to fix the position of the printing plates
7. INK SUPPLY SYSTEM1)Adopt pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink feeding, convenient operation, easy maintenance.
2)Paperboard feeding will be stop due to lack of ink.
1. PRE-PRESSING WHEEL
1)The upper and lower pre pressing wheel shafts are solid steel, and the surface of the front and the upper and the lower pre plating and the plating are respectively ground once, and the shaft is matched with four sets of pre pressing wheels;
2)Roller coated rubber, do not harm the cardboard, rubber and wire seat with detachable structure, convenient replacement;
3)The clearance of wheel adopts electric adjustment with digital display; the adjustment range is between 0-11.5mm.
2. CREASING SHAFTS1)The upper/lower creaser shaft is made of solid steel, its surface is plated with hard chromium after rubbing, it has stable motion and it is equipped with 4 sets of creaser rollers.
2) Cover urethane on the surface of the upper creasing shaft in order not to damage the cardboards. Urethane and creaser bases are removable so they can be replaced conveniently.The outer diameter of ceasing shafts is 115mm.
3)The clearance of the lower creasing shaft is electric adjustment and can be displayed on the screen. The adjustment range is 0-11.5mm.3. SLOTTING SHAFTS1)The slotting shaft is made of solid steel with diameter 135mm. its surface is plated with hard chromium.The outer diameter of bottom slotting knives is 135mm.
2)The top slotting shaft adopts alloy steel, the slotting knives width is 7mm, after rubbing prior to heat treatment ; its rigidity is HRC60-63.
3)The bottom slotting shaft adopts alloy steel , after rubbing prior to heat treatment; its rigidity is HRC60-63.
4)The trimming blade adopts alloy steel , the top blade is in V-shape, the bottom adopts double-blade type, its rigidity is HRC60-63.
5)The clearance of slotting knives adopts electric adjustment with digital display; the adjustment range is between 0-11.5mm.
4. REGISTRATION ADJUSTMENT1)Adopt brake motor electric control for the register adjustment and the adjustment is displayed on a digital display meter;
2)The 5 slotting station are movable by electric-adjustment with digital display;
3)The height of the carton can be adjusted by electric motor, the motor can be adjusted, the scale is displayed, and the four blades are adjusted synchronously;
4)Use an electromagnetic brake to fix phase. When the machine bases are separating or the phase is being adjusted, the brake can limit the running of the machine bases so as to fix the position of the knife mould.
DIE-CUTTING UNIT
The Die-Cutting Unit adopts INDEPENDENT SERVO CONTROL.
1. DIE-CUTTING RUBBER ROLLER
1)The outer diameter of anvil cylinder is 405mm. It is made of solid steel and its surface is hard chromed and ground. It carry out dynamic balance calibration.
2)Cover urethane on the surface of the die cutting cylinder adopts hook structure in installation, which is easy for replacement.
3)The die cutting cylinder adopts single way bearing velocity compensation structure which made accurate cutting.
4)The cylinder adopts mechanical system which enable it sway automatically laterally and the movement range is plus-minus 40mm. The system can make cover urethane wear uniformly to extend its working lifetime.
5)The clearance of the anvil cylinder adopts electric adjustment and could be displayed on the dial. The adjustment range is 0-12mm.
2. DIE-CUTTING CREASING SHAFT1)The outer diameter of die cutting creasing shaft is 360mm. It is made of seamless steel and surface is plated with hard chromed ; it carried out dynamic balance calibration.
2)The die cutting creasing shaft engraved the transverse and longitudinal lines and M10 screw holes, the hole position is radial 20 equal parts and axial distributes in 50mm distance.
3)The height of the die cutting knife is standard 25.4mm which makes it fit easily and quickly.
3. THE FEEDING ROLLER1)Solid shaft with 3 pcs pull roll and screw locking system.
2)The lower roll outer diameter 130 mm that provide balance correction.
3)The clearance of cardboard feeding rolls is electric adjustment and can be displayed on the screen. The adjustment range is 0-12mm.4. WASTE REMOVAL MECHANISM1)Under the die cutting unit it equipped with an imported transmission mechanism belt.
2)The transmission belt controlled by motor independently and which extend it life span.
3)It helps to draw wastepaper out of the machine.
5. REGISTRATION ADJUSTMENT 1)Adopt brake motor electric control for the register adjustment and the adjustment is displayed on a digital display meter.
2)The lateral movement adopts electric control with digital display, the positive and negative value of left-right move is 10mm.
3)Use electromagnetic brake to fix registration. When the machine units are separating or adjusting the registration, the brake can limit the running of the machine units so as to fix the position of the printing plates.
