MACHINE FUNCTION
Automatic pre-feeder is a continuous paper feeding device, developed for working with chain-feeding carton making machine which cannot carry out continuous paper feeding and mass production. Improved from manual single feeding to continuous feeding and ensure cardboard alignment simultaneously, which not only improves work efficiency, but also greatly reduces labour intensity of workers; it also increases the good product rate and reduces the staffing.

MACHINE FEATURES
Feeding Unit:
1. The height of the cardboard is adjusted by a synchronous gear adjustment mechanism, which is operated by one person in a simple and fast way.
2. The width of the cardboard is adjusted by lead screw mechanism, which is better adapted to all kinds of paperboards, and the paper feeding is stable.
3. The paper conveying belt is made of high-quality rubber, which has advantages of great grinding power, long service life, low noise, easy maintenance and high economic efficiency.
4. The belt adopts double tension control, which is convenient and reliable.
Transmission Unit:
1. The drive shaft adopts embossing rollers, which increases the friction with the paper conveying belt to ensure smooth and high-speed cardboard conveying.
2. This machine has an electromagnetic clutch separation braking mechanism.
Electrical Control System:
1. Machine appliances are controlled by PLC automatic program, which has a high degree of automation.
2. The electrical components use well-known brands from Taiwan and Mainland China to ensure stable operation of the machine.
3. The photoelectric signal controls the frequency converter to drive the motor through the PLC to realize the stable operation of the speed regulation and braking.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.

Warranty
Warranty: one year. The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts ( no intentional damage). However, the courrier should be covered  by the customer.   Please note that the belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
