• The device uses the advanced and high strength gripper type mechanism that suitable for all types of cardboard, corrugated paper, cardboard, front-back position and side position mechanism ensure the cutting accuracy, with high precision intermittent mechanism, prompt action pneumatic clutch, pneumatic locking plate, manual barring is more convenient. Use one full set of imported electrical control of the main motor, stepless, smooth operation. The equipment has done a great improvement from the appearance, the work plate, the whole height and the front and rear lift, and use a touch screen, showing real man-machine interface, and is equipped with an encoder for failure detection, is implemented effectively protect the personal safety and machine continue to work.

 

• Semi-automatic die-cutting machine mainly cut the cardboard (≥250g) and the corrugated board (≤9mm), and is suitable for boxes ,especially curved board. Worm gear and worm drive crankshaft connecting rod, single point pull rod type pressure regulating is the core of equipment stable operation.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.

Warranty
Warranty: one year. The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts ( no intentional damage). However, the courrier should be covered  by the customer.   Please note that the belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
