Rotary Drum Flexographic Printing MachineMACHINE INTRODUCTION
MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS:1) Two sheets feeding platforms connected by chain perform hand feeding, can be either connected or separated.
2) The rotary drum flexographic printing machine uses flat-type electric fine-tuning structure to achieve fast and precise adjustment, running or stopping can be 360 degrees positive and negative phase adjusted.
3) When the machine is stopped, the ink wheel could be spontaneously removed from the printing plate surface to avoid harm to the printing plate.
4) The rotary drum flexographic printing machine has a numeric display, which is convenient to precisely adjust the size.5) The machine is equipped with electronic counter and it could correctly master the amounts of printed paperboard.
6) The gear lubrication adopts shower-type circulation, which can reduce noise and extend gear life, while increase the preciseness of chromatography.
7) The machine adopts membrane pump with pneumatic drive loop to transmit the ink, which can automatically and circularly deliver ink.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD$80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.
Warranty
Warranty: one year.
The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts (No intentional damage). However, the courier should be covered by the customer. Please note that belts are excluding the one year's warranty.FQA:

A:T/T 30% in advance, the balance paid before delivery. We also accept payment L/C.

Yes, of course! All of our export packings is with strong wooden pallets, all are confirmed to export packing standard.

Actually our machine need 20-30 days to manufacture, and there are many orders from China and foreign countries, so we need a custom one for you, and your order will be highly attention to manufacture.

10. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, we have QC department, they will inspection the machine before shipping, to ensure there is nothing problem of the machine.
