MACHINE INTRODUCTION

This series products are suitable for AA, AB, three layers or five layers of extra-large format double sheet, single sheet carton bonding molding, relatively suitable for flat mouth box or special-shaped box. This machine is a three-station of assembly line operation using aerodynamic pressure synthesis mode.

MAIN MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The machine is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation PLC, which can choose two kinds of production mode of double-sheet and single-sheet carton forming.

2. Equipping with bilateral servo and independent drive for paper feeding, adopting six or four one side suction belt, equipped with double suction and double feed automatic paper-feeding function, avoid two pieces of rough surface paper sheets causing asynchronous output; would also not cause the carton surface scratched, greatly improve the efficiency and stability of paper feeding.
 

3. The machine is equipped with high-speed independently-controlled edge grinding machine, as well as equipped with paper dust suction device; according to the product requirements to treat the surface of the adhesive place, the gluing paste penetrates into the paper deeply, enhancing the carton adhesion.

4. One-time splicing bonding in the middle of two cartons, applying glue by mechanical roller; There are two kinds of gluing method, cold glue and hot glue. Cold glue plays the role of bonding; Hot glue plays the role of instant bonding and forming. The hot glue has temperature setting function and constant temperature detection function, to ensure the that the temperature remains unchanged to keep the melting point and stable the sheets position during the production, double bonding makes bonding effect stronger. 
Twice bonding forming, using cold glue roller to apply paste, paste applied evenly makes bonding effect better, compared with unevenly manual glue, resulting the overflowing glue and poor bonding. At the same time, for the deviation of the opening position in the corrugated box caused by the die-cutting and creasing process, the two-step forming can be quickly pressed and formed by manual correction, compared with previous double sheets box gluing process, it reduces labor intensity and a lot of manual operation, effectively improve product quality and production efficiency.

WARRANTY
Warranty: One year.
The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts (No intentional damage). However, the courrier should be covered  by the customer. Please note that the belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
