CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD ROTARY SLOTTING CREASING CORNER CUTTING MACHINE

MACHINE INTRODUCTION

1) The rotary slotting and corner cutting machine can be used to trim, crease, slot and corner cut. If need, the machine can also add equipment for boring air vents and hand holes of the carton.
2) The positions of the print roller and slotting knife can be 360-degree electrically adjusted, and the adjustment before and after can be digitally displayed, ensuring high registration accuracy. Due to the fast printing and slotting, high working efficiency and reduced squander are achieved.
3) The rotary slotting and corner cutting machine can adjust four groups of slotting knife simultaneously, which decreases the time of adjusting carton specifications and increases work productivity.
4) There is a linkage device between creasing and sloting, and it could be adjusted simultaneously to guarantee that the two positions are accurate (no dislocation) to decrease squander.
5) The gear transmission using circulating lubricating system to provide oil to extend the gear life. The rotary slotting and corner cutting machine sets up electronic calculator to be convenient for countting the production quantity.

Our Services
According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and salary USD$80/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.
Warranty
Warranty: one year.
The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts (No intentional damage). However, the courier should be covered  by the customer.  Please note that belts are excluding the one year's warranty.
